THE PROCESS
Our process begins with identifying your strategic objectives, thoroughly assessing the business for sale, and assembling a team of seasoned financial, legal, and industry professionals. We will also conduct comprehensive initial due diligence, prepare detailed financial documentation, establish clear valuation benchmarks, and develop a compelling information memorandum or pitch deck to attract potential buyers or investors.

During this phase, the management team will deliver comprehensive presentations to shortlisted parties, emphasizing the company’s unique value proposition, operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic growth potential.
We will facilitate a thorough and secure review of the business by meticulously preparing and managing the virtual data room, organizing and providing all requisite documentation, and coordinating with buyers and their advisors to ensure timely responses to inquiries and the seamless delivery of additional information.
We will thoroughly evaluate offers, facilitate strategic negotiations, and provide expert advice on the most advantageous deal structure. Our team will oversee the preparation of final documentation, ensuring precise alignment with agreed terms while collaborating closely with legal counsel to draft the necessary agreements. We will ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, manage the seamless execution of the transaction, and support the seller throughout the closing process, addressing any last-minute concerns to ensure a successful outcome.
Simón has both technology and operational experience, working as a software engineer, and significant investment banking experience, particularly in M&A (sell side and buy side)
He worked internationally with the London and Barcelona offices while consulting with Raona, and while at Neoelectra, he led +200M€ M&A transactions.
At technology M&A boutique Corum Group, he worked in sell-side M&A for technology companies, covering both Europe and North America.
At Transcend Partners, a technology-focused M&A boutique, he helped European technology companies go to the next level through M&A and helped companies raise capital from strategic and financial investors.
He also worked as a teaching assistant for product management and related financial courses and as a finance teacher at ESADE. Additionally, he earned a BSc in Computer Science from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and an Executive Master in Corporate Finance & Law from ESADE Business School and NYU Stern School of Business.
